I've been using these for about a month now and there are no packages in bug #159309 which have a stable ppc64 keyword => linux-headers-2.6.21 stable on ppc64 ia64 stable amd64/x86 stable (In reply to comment #3) > amd64/x86 stable > gentoo-sources-2.6.21 are not stable in amd64 which is irrelevant ... you can have newer kernel headers than kernel Stable for HPPA. hey, after upgrade linux-headers-2.6.17-r2 to 2.6.21 miss this file: "/usr/include/asm/page.h" and when I try compile gentoo-sources-2.6.21-r4 I get by genkernel: CC libbb/procps.o /var/tmp/genkernel/12907.906.27384.15649/busybox-1.1.3+gentoo/libbb/procps.c:15:22: error: asm/page.h: No such file or directory CC libbb/qmodule.o that is a genkernel issue ... go file a bug for them (assuming one hasnt already been filed) Marked ppc stable. sparc stable. So, I'll gripe: asm/user.h is missing. This breaks user mode linux kernel builds. I think it also impacts mono. Anyway, I'll report that as a separate bug, but I thought I'd mention it here first. asm/user.h isnt missing, it was punted anything using it is broken and needs to be fixed mips stable. |
