The slocate ebuild is missing a default updatedb.conf file in /etc. We should
have a default updatedb.conf with a few comments explaining the role of each
variables, especially since this file is not currently documented in the
slocate/updatedb manpages (this has been reported to the upstream maintainer).

Here is an updatedb.conf based off Slackware, Redhat and IRIX.

Why not install the updatedb.conf in /etc/updatedb.conf rather than making
the user do it?
