been pulled by upstream.

http://people.redhat.com/~heinzm/sw/dmraid/src/dmraid-1.0.0.rc14.tar.bz2 is the
only available version.

Genkernel explicitly pulls the dead rc13 tarball.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge genkernel

3.

Actual Results:  
404 error on
http://people.redhat.com/~heinzm/sw/dmraid/src/dmraid-1.0.0.rc13.tar.bz2

Expected Results:  
All source files pulled

..and since sys-fs/dmraid-1.0.0-rc13 isn't in portage anymore, the mirrors
don't have it either...  :bashhead:

In the meantime, the archive can be found at:
http://people.redhat.com/~heinzm/sw/dmraid/src/old/dmraid-1.0.0.rc13.tar.bz2 

..in case you want to download it manually to your /usr/portage/distfiles.

OK.  I've fixed this in the tree and will be updating it to a newer dmraid
version with the next genkernel release.
