Kosako-san has gracefully agreed to upload my changes to oniguruma as oniguruma 2.5.9:

This means that the cjk useflag can be reactivated.

Is this version of oniguruma for exactly version 1.8.6, or is it suitable for -p36?

Should Work (TM) for all ruby-1.8.6 patchlevels.
Tested: 1.8.6-r1, 1.8.6_p36-r1
