Hi, the bitmap has a pink background in Gnome 2.18. The enclosed ebuild fixes it, and also corrects spelling of "treacherous".

absolutely not.  We don't add local use flags and extra deps for dealing with icons.

What's the problem with it? You haven't given a reason.

The advantage is optionally not having a stupid-looking pink icon. What's the disadvantage?
