Two issues there:
1) Why is Python.h used? I'm compiling with USE=-python
2) There is a Python.h on my system:
--($:~)-- locate Python.h
/usr/include/wx-2.6/wx/wxPython/wxPython.h
/usr/include/python2.4/Python.h
--($:~)-- ls -al /usr/include/python2.4/Python.h
