sqlgrey's ebuild helpfully suggests:

 * Read the documentation for more info (perldoc sqlgrey) or the
 * included howto /usr/share/doc/sqlgrey-1.7.4/HOWTO.gz

near the end of it's installation, however HOWTO is bzip2'ed, not gzip'ed, so the filename is incorrect.
