Also looks like forgot to p.mask this; definitely not ready for general consumption. The p.mask was just for 1.4.0.58_alpha, updated to all 1.4 series. FieldySnuts: you can emerge --sync; emerge skype to downgrade. But first please do a ls -alR /opt/skype and past the results here. ls -alR /opt/skype /opt/skype: total 5 drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 96 May 23 12:06 . drwxr-xr-x 17 root root 488 Apr 27 07:45 .. -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 243 May 23 12:06 skype.sh drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 48 May 23 12:06 sounds /opt/skype/sounds: total 0 drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 48 May 23 12:06 . drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 96 May 23 12:06 .. Would you like me to do anything else before I downgrade? No thanks. Closing as i have no idea why this happened. *** Bug 179557 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** (In reply to comment #4) > Closing as i have no idea why this happened.
