jbigkit-1.6-r1 compilation fails with error: # make: don't know how to make w. Stop the pbmtools/Makefile sets MAKE = make rather than accepting $(MAKE). Attached there is a patch from Flameeyes that resolve the problem.

Yeah, i should be able to get it committed today, assuming it works; otherwise I won't be able to get to it until after grades are in next week or so.
