Angband now has a new maintainer Andrew Sidwell, listed as such on Wikipedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angband_(computer_game), and he has released a new
version 3.0.7s3 at http://angband.rogueforge.net/.  We need a version bump.
