Fix build by setting automake version
Further up in the build log, eautomake or elibtoolize or sth. complained that
the automake version 1.10, which is being used, differs from the version
originally used (1.4_p6).
This patch fixes the build for me.

WANT_AUTOMAKE=1.4 doesn't give you the "ignore" warning that
WANT_AUTOMAKE="1.4_p6" does. Even though it still compiles.
