Hello archs, this is my first stabilization bug so please, be gentle :-)

dev-util/mercurial-0.9.3-r1 has been in ~arch since 21 Jan 2007 and has no
outstanding bugs - the only differences between 0.9.3-r1 and the current stable
version (0.9.3) are minor fixes relating to zsh-completion (bug #162966) and
emacs support (bug #156753).
