Seems that just copying the ebuild from 2.3.0 to 2.3.1 works.

It would be nice of the ebuild could also install the vim syntax highlighting
if the vim use flag is enabled?

copying ebuild 2.3.0 to 2.4.0 worked on my machine.

Renaming the 2.3.0 ebuild to 2.4.0 worked fine for me as well. Also, 2.4.0
fixed a crash bug that I had with 2.3.0, so a bump would be greatly
appreciated.
