pexpect-2.1 is licensed under a MIT-style license, not under a PSF license as the ebuild suggests. However it looks like older versions (0.999) were PSF-licensed. I guess the 2.0 ebuild is wrong as well, but I haven't actually checked when the license change took place.
Thanks Daniel, fixed in CVS. <=2.01 were still PSF.
