ophcrack version bump to add support for Vista SAM passwords.  Also, bkhive and
samdump2 are now done in parallel to ophcrack by ophcrack developers so I added
the correct versions to the ebuild.  The changelog for samdump2 and bkhive show
this:

Thanks Ed,

I ended up writing a slightly different ebuild that no longer requires the
patch (since the two new tools provide their own makefiles), but thank you very
much for the effort of writing corrected ebuilds.

I've checked in the latest copy and if you give the servers a couple of hours
to get in sync, you should be able to install it and try it out for me.  Please
let me know if there are any problems with it (and feel free to reopen this
bug).  Thanks again for the report!  5:)
