splash.dvi is not at the right place, when lookng for the "Quick info and key
bindings help" it tries to open file
/usr/lib/advi/splash.dvi

it be also a bug of the "Quick info and key bindings help"
that should look at the place where splash.dvi is
/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/advi/splash.dvi

or maybe should it be done a symlink??


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run advi
2.call the "Quick info and key bindings help" with ?
3.here it is

Actual Results:  
splash.dvi is not found and "Quick info and key bindings help"  does not show
up.

Expected Results:  
"Quick info and key bindings help"  should show up.

simple fix:

# ln -s ../share/texmf/tex/latex/advi /usr/lib/advi

probably adjust make/configure is better.

this should be fixed with 1.7.3
