should have
libgda? ( =gnome-extra/libgda-1* )
Fixing libgda/libgnomedb dependencies in the tree is required before unmasking
the 3.0 versions, so this will be done when it's appropriate.
If you want to help in this regard, you can compile the complete list of
packages that need to adjust their dependencies accordingly, and then we could
use this bug to track that.
Thanks.
app-office/abiword-plugins (2.4.5, 2.4.6): libgda? ( >=gnome-extra/libgda-1.2
>=gnome-extra/libgnomedb-1.2
)
app-office/planner (0.12.1, 0.13, 0.14): libgda? >=gnome-extra/libgda-1.0
dev-cpp/libgdamm (1.3.6, 1.3.7): >=gnome-extra/libgda-1.1.4
dev-dotnet/gda-sharp (1.0.8, 1.0.8-r1, 1.0.10): >=gnome-extra/libgda-1.0.0
dev-dotnet/gnomedb-sharp (1.0.8, 1.0.8-r1, 1.0.10):
>=gnome-extra/libgnomedb-1.0.0
dev-python/gnome-python-extras (2.14.0-r1, 2.14.2): >=gnome-extra/libgda-1.2.0
dev-ruby/ruby-libgda (0.10.1, 0.12.0, 0.14.1,
0.15.0):>=gnome-extra/libgda-1.0.3
dev-util/glade (2.6.8): gnomedb? ( >=gnome-extra/libgda-0.90.0
>=gnome-extra/libgnomedb-0.90.3 )
gnome-extra/libgnomedb (1.2.2): >=gnome-extra/libgda-1.1.99
with the versions we have in the tree, all >=gnome-extra/libgda-1.x deps need
to become =gnome-extra/libgda-1*, and ditto for gnome-extra/libgnomedb.
done:
app-office/abiword-plugins
app-office/planner
dev-cpp/libgdamm
dev-python/gnome-python-extras
dev-util/glade
gnome-extra/libgnomedb
todo:
dev-dotnet/gda-sharp
dev-dotnet/gnomedb-sharp
dev-ruby/ruby-libgda
side notes:
- gnome-python-extras could probably use a libgda USE flag but I need to
double check that first
- glade uses a local USE flag (gnomedb) instead of the global USE (libgda)
- description of libgda USE flag is not very good and should be revisited.
thoughts ?
adding ruby and dotnet herd so they can do their magic.
dev-ruby/ruby-libgda-* done.
dev-dotnet/gda-sharp and dev-dotnet/gnomedb-sharp done. Closing since we're
last on the list.
