At least with udev-106-r5, the "%c" that occurs in the udev-rules is replaced
by the output of the last command run, and that is not the command from the
rule before, as udev seems to reorder rules.
As udev-106-r5 also supplies rules for normal device-mapper devices the naming
rule can be skipped, and only the kpartx rules need to stay.
Attached is a suggested rules file.

For the naming I think the file-number should be between 65 and 94, as
env-variable with device-mapper name is set in 64-device-mapper.rules.
We do not yet have a clear numbering concept, but I suggest either 65 or 80.
