Script /etc/ha.d/resource.d/Delay has a mistake in the last line:
..
ra_execocf $op;;

Example from logfile:

/etc/ha.d/resource.d/Delay: line 42: syntax error near unexpected token `;;'
/etc/ha.d/resource.d/Delay: line 42: `ra_execocf $op;;'

It have been fixed just by removing ";;"
