shared-mime-info v0.20 has been released on February 6th, and I'd like to see
it in the tree.

Incentive: KDE4 has finally switched to shared-mime-info this week, and the
recommended version to use with it is 0.20 due to some relevant upstream
fixes/changes. In the interest of keeping Gentoo a happy place for KDE4
development, a bump would be nice.
