As the summary indicated.
The consequence is when installing, emerge complains that .config can't be
found.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.set KBUILD_OUTPUT in make.conf and use it as output directory of kernel
compiling
2.emerge x11-drm
3.
