Description:   Opened: 2007-03-09 10:07 0000
when sys-process/procps installs it shuld install a symlink from
/lib/libproc.so to /lib/libproc-${VERSION}.so
so that applications that try to link against it whith -lproc works

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to install http://julien.danjou.info/syschk.html

not that you should be using -lproc in the first place, but added in to 3.2.7
