To solve bug #166531, mupen64 now uses external sdl-ttf package (it had a built-in one previously).

On amd64, that means we need to provide 32bit libSDL_ttf, as mupen64 is built as a multilib 32bit binary. Else it fails compilation with:
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/4.1.2/../../../../x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld: cannot find -lSDL_ttf
(emul-linux-x86-sdl-2.3* currently does not have it)

emul-linux-x86-sdl-10.0 is in the tree now; mupen64 depends on >=10.0
