Please ppc arch team, test sci-electronics/electric-8.0.4 and mark it ~ppc if
appropriate.

Versions up to 7.x were developed in C, but since 8.0 electric has been
rewritten in Java. I had to drop the ~ppc keyword when I bumped it as it was a
major change and I couldn't test it. Then I went on hiatus for a few months and
I hadn't been able to follow this up until now.

Compiles and runs, so ~ppc keyword added.
