I had commited new this package at  
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16228 
 
but I found a bug of the patch later. 
The bug of patch, that it can not find "ifconfig" if user does not have /sbin PATH. 
 
I attached updated patch that fix the bug. 
And, this package have not include Changelog. 
I attached it too.
