Ebuild for new release of tovid-0.30. Quite alot of changes in this release!
Most important ones are:

* New gui for todisc.
* Improved gui for tovid.
* Improvements to tovid, makemenu, todisc...

removed additional spaces and added app-text/txt2tags as DEPEND and not as
RDEPEND as it was in the previous version of the new ebuild.

Install executables into /usr/local/bin because of a bug in tovid-init script.
(i reported the bug already) Plus i created a patch that ensures that the
python-scripts of tovid get installed into the correct site-packages-directory.

The site-packages dir looks okay to me, lemme know if it needs to be fixed. 
Cleaned up the old 0.29 ebuild (removed RESTRICT, added docs, etc) as well as
version bumped.
