eINIT went up to version 0.16.0, + there's a new ebuild that should work for
paludis users (there's been some hickups earlier).

@vapier: Either stick metadata.xml in the tree when adding stuff, or don't add
anything.

I can confirm the ebuild installs the package and have yet to observe any
stability problems with the release.

just made another release, so we're at 0.20.0 now...

the old ebuild should work perfectly fine, but rmh3093 made another one that
can (but needn't) use some USE_EXPANDed vars to select modules, so since he did
take his time to create an ebuild like that, i'll upload it :)
