Just tried version bumping it and taking out the old 2.1 patches. works for me nicely.
When invoking "About the Wordnet Browser" from the Help menu I get an error: error reading bitmap file "/usr/local/WordNet-3.0/lib/wnres/wn.xbm" The file is actually /usr/lib/wnres/wm.xbm, as installed by the ebuild. There might be some other hardcoded paths in the sources. Except for that it works! I've just committed a largely rewritten ebuild for 3.0 which fixes the issue in comment #2 and some others as well. |
