when claws-mail-gtkhtml is configuring, it checks for the curl package and the
curl development files. doing an emerge curl then re-emerging
claws-mail-gtkhtml will solve the problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge claws-mail-gtkhtml
will produce error at configure time.
Actual Results:  
emake failed
curl package and library needed.

Expected Results:  
should have emerged curl as a dependency.
