Please drop the unconditional sys-apps/hotplug dependency from the ebuild wrt
Bug 147006 and Bug 145809. udev handles firmware loading on it's own since 096
(see Bug 138126)

Suggested dependency would be something like:

|| ( >=sys-fs/udev-096 >=sys-apps/hotplug-20040923 )
