The complete build log
Please try w/ MAKEOPTS="-j1", there's no useful error in the output you've posted above. Yes, that did the work. With MAKEOPTS="-j1" it compiles and installs cleanly. Thanks Jakub for your help. How come this bug here has been CLOSED NEEDINFO? Either someone is investigating the cause why parallel builds fail. Then it shouldn't be closed. Or you decide you don't have the resources to puzzle this out. Then you should simply add the -j1 to the ebuild as a workaround, including a comment mentioning this bug here. I had two failed builds for this before searching bugzilla. I can attach the logs of those as well if anyone is interested. (In reply to comment #4) > How come this bug here has been CLOSED NEEDINFO? Because there was no useful error visible in the output posted in Comment #1 and because the reporter didn't reopen the bug as asked to, I'd say? Are you suggesting I should re-read all the bugs resolved as NEEDINFO that noone bothers to reopen? Sorry, don't have time for this, won't happen. Your rant was absolutely uncalled for, chill out. Fixed, thanks. |
