LCMS 1.16 was released Dec 16 so there needs to be a new ebuild added.

In addition 1.16 fixes a number of problems that under some circumstances are
critical.  For example 1.14 and 1.15 appear to have issues with creating
discontinuities when inverting 1D curves.  This issue can cause LProf to create
bad results in the monitor profiler. 

I was able to create a 1.16 ebuild by just renaming the 1.15 ebuild and
commenting out the epatch line.

The new ebuild fails with:
 * Cannot find $EPATCH_SOURCE!  Value for $EPATCH_SOURCE is:
 *
 *   /usr/portage/media-libs/lcms/files/lcms-1.16-bsd.patch
 *   ( lcms-1.16-bsd.patch )

lcms-1.16-bsd.patch is missing from the portage tree, only lcms-1.15-bsd.patch
is there.
