sys-devel/autoconf-2.61 breaks on hardened according to phreak. 
It's now p.masked in hardened profiles. Bug #161566#c18

no, autoconf isnt broken on hardened ... hardened is stuck on an old glibc
which newer autoconf triggers a bug in
