I wanted dropbear smaller so the /usr/share/doc/dropbear-0.48.1/SMALL.gz gave a
few hints. The attached patch allows /etc/portage/savedconfig/${P}.h to contain
a cut down configuration.

Daniel: if you feel like updating 0.50 to use the new savedconfig eclass, you
can go ahead and merge it ...
