Hi!

The latest release of cogito (a human-suitable interface to git) is now 0.18.2.
Please find the attached patch against cogito-0.18.1.ebuild.

The patched cogito ebuild uses "doc" USE flag and additional tools for
generating the html documentation and man pages.

I'll bump this one once I find time this week. However we are not going back to
generating documentation ourselves, the asciidoc/xmlto toolchain is too
fragile, takes a lot of time and introduces silly dependencies. We used to do
that some time ago.
