sqlalchemy.org released 0.3.x nearly a month ago.
0.3.1 successfully installs using the modified ebuild attached in bug #155658
after a file rename.
sqlalchemy-0.3.2 has been released. many bug fixes over 0.3.1, few feature additions, and performance enhancements.
