buildutils is a new experimental extension of commands to distutils. Routes, Paste, PasteDeploy, PasteScript, and Pylons use buildutils at installation to generate documentation using pudge.

they all require the experimental svn until the next release of buildutils.

a useful stable buildutils package has been released. the ebuild has improved, as well.

Changes:
USE flag "doc" -- generate and install documentation when >=pudge-0.1.2 is
installed
