set_errcall function signature has changed in db4.3 API. See #10025 at
http://gd.tuwien.ac.at/db/bdb/changelog-4.3.XX.html

With my patch xca will compile with both db4.2 and db4.3.

I've added a little different patch, check if OK.

If you like xca so much, please try to find responsive upstream, we cannot keep
supporting this software this way for much longer.

and db...
