You either: - upgraded from 1.3; - installed amarok by hand; - installed amarok-svn from an outdated ebuild; - installed amarok from an unofficial ebuild. find /usr/kde -name \*amarok\*.la -print0 | xargs -0 rm will fix your issue. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 148666 *** nope, i had amarok-1.4.3-r1 installed from the official ebuild some people have the same problem: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-500708-highlight-.html That doesn't change anything about this bug being a duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 148666 *** ok, sorry i've understand very old .la files was causing the problem, but since i didn't have problems before the kdelibs update i thought the cause was the update itself... btw, i also have problems with kwallet not showing in the systray and kopete hanging when started, could it be related to .la files too? should i remove more of them? Please, don't change the status of the bug. |
