i know this is only a trivial thing, but is there a reason that
vtk-qt3-qt4-gentoo.patch is set to be executable ?

Hi Matthias,

Thank you very much for noticing this! Frankly, I have no idea how the
executable bit ended up there. Anyway, this should be fixed now.
