Dillo 0.8.6 requires fltk2 unless you configure it with "--disable-dlgui" (which would be ok to default to, since gentoo doesn't have fltk2 in portage yet) and also seems not to have a autogen.sh anymore.
Wait, I see 0.8.5 doesn't have autogen.sh either, but I guess the i18n patch adds this.
