mpg123-0.60
Since 2006-08-29, mpg123-0.60 is not beta anymore, see the release announcement on http://www.mpg123.de/. This release is said to contain all relevant patchsets. The ebuild (attachment #95435 [details]) works fine here (Portage 2.1.2_pre1 (default-linux/x86/2006.1/desktop, gcc-4.1.1, glibc-2.4-r3, 2.6.18-rc7 i686)), the src_unpack() function definition is redundant, though. thanks, fixed this just my 2 cents here, it seems that mpg123 has been bumped to version 0.61, which is in portage. it requires you to choose sound system, and if you dont - build dies. i am using mpg123 in a streamed fashion and i think there are a lot of users that do it in a similar way (asterisk come to mind?). therefore i would ask you to provide a dummy or none use flag or just remove the die() from the ebuild, please. cheers, barthek, this is unrelated to this bug and should be filed separately. well, i think it is related to this because this thread is the one that has created the new ebuild. and it's because of the new ebuild that created the problem. cheers |
