A quick hack would be deleting /usr/portage/distfiles/qingy-0.7.4.tar.bz2 (for
those who want a newer version).

I have no previous version of last qingy sources but still have de same problem

It takes a while for a change to spread from the master CVS of Portage to all
the RSYNC mirrors...
