Please don't make a small utility program depend on 85MB of tetex. A perfect
situation for a doc USE flag?

gpsbabel-1.3.0.ebuild

- USE=doc for creating docs
- moved sed to src_unpack()
- couple of other changes needed for version bump

Only tested w/ USE="usb". Also note there's XML documentation available now,
that would need additional dependencies. Don't have time for that.

OK, forgot to fix RDEPEND (virtual/tetex not needed to run this, even w/
USE="doc").

gpsbabel 1.3.1 is out...

gpsbabel-1.3.1 is now in portage and modifications have been made concerning
the bad tetex dependencies in the old 1.2.7 version.
