I noticed that digikam can support exiv2. I'll add a use flag to this new
ebuild for exiv2 support.

I can confirm that the support for exiv2 was added since this version of
digikam.

General       : Removed imlib2 and libkexif depencies. Add Exiv2 and LCMS
depencies.

I've also fixed the documentation so that it uses 0.8.2 from versions 0.8.2 and
above.

I didn't fix the documentation for digikam, I am unable to locate the image doc
tarballs. Only fixed for digikamimageplugins.

I would propose not to include any docs for the beta release cause they are
VERY inaccurate/outdated. The final release will have updated docs of cause.
Bundeling the new beta with the old docs will only lead to confused users
(there are huge interface changes for example) and is furthermore a waste of
bandwith. Just my 2 cents, otherwise thanks for the ebuilds.

Once the finaly documents are released, I'll make sure they get updated. As far
as the ebuild works, I'll leave it as is.
