We've been using baselayout 1.12.x for the release building and found no real
problems.  I originally was to ask for 1.12.1 to go stable, but Uberlord
informs me that there are some LDAP-related issues that are fixed in the later
versions.

I've already gotten permission from quite a few arches (everyone doing a 2006.1
release), so they're not being added here.

baselayout-1.12 requires versions of udhcpc and dhclient marked stable - the
respective server portions should work fine as it stands

Hmmm, still need to stabilize that version? r7 is stabilized in all arches.
