On August 1st Version 1.4 of Texmaker has been released. It would be nice if
somebody could provide an ebuild, thank you.

Tested a simple bump with a small modification for qt-4 version as per
http://www.xm1math.net/texmaker/download.html -- builds fine, seems to work
fine.
