The Manifest for portage/dev-lang/gnat-gpl has the wrong information for the
ChangeLog file, preventing compilation.

Someone needs to re-digest this package.

Hi David.

Thanks for reporting this! Apparently bag sha1/256 digests slipped in during
that problematic portage release :(. 
Fixed now..
