backup-manager 0.7.4 is available and including new features and bug fixes

backup-manager-upload-execution-fix.diff won't apply anymore, going to attach a
new one

It should maybe be stated via einfo, that new configuration keys have been
defined. There will be a warning when running backup-manager about that though.

new patch for upload-methods.sh

uploading using ssh method works with this patch, I haven't tried ssh-gpg

This is in CVS, zilla was acting up a few days ago.
