Hi, I just dropped the ~ppc64 keyword from net-nntp/pan-0.106 because the
dependency dev-libs/gmime is not keyworded for ~ppc64. Please keyword it,
thanks!

pan-0.106 is not available any more. 0.107 does not compile:

nntp-pool.cc: In member function 'virtual void
pan::NNTP_Pool::on_nntp_done(pan::NNTP*, pan::Health)':
nntp-pool.cc:121: error: 'snprintf' is not a member of 'std'

(added ~ppc64 to gmime)

current stable toolchain builds pan-0.107 so I added ~ppc64. Will open a
seperate bug for the snprintf issue.
